This course examines a variety of gender-bias issues. Among the substantive areas covered are sexual inequalities in marriage and divorce; domestic violence and other crimes; gender bias in the work place, the courts, education and athletic programs. A paper of publishable quality is required. Constitutional Law is recommended, but not required.
